3 random days

Some random and not-so great shots over the past few days. To try and give myself some inspiration during my 365 project, I'm also going to do a monthly photo scavenger hunt, which I've done before and always find to be fun.

This shot is for the scavenger hunt - "ring". Katie's grandma gave her a new jewelry box and filled it with bling. My girl loves some bling.

For the past couple of days we anxiously awaited last night's snowfall. Nothing gets us west coasters more pumped than a big old dump of snow. And that's what we got, complete with a school snow day. Unfortunately it melted so fast today there wasn't much opportunity for tobogganing.

But Katie and I did get out for a nice walk. We headed down to the beach, but the tide was really high and swells were huge. We then wandered over to grandma's and shovelled her driveway.

I felt quite justified in my long nap after that! Back to school and work and our regular routines. I think my camera will find it's way to book club for our yearly book picking tomorrow night.
